Environmental expert Lorax Compliance is welcoming three new recruits following a period of sustained business growth.

Wendy Aston joins the team as customer account manager from a role in the home entertainment industry. A keen conservationist, Wendy frequently carries out biodiversity studies of her own garden. Áine Whelan, a recruit from the welfare to work sector, also takes up an account manager position. The pair are joined by junior developer, Eddie Page.

The new account managers will work closely with account manager Danielle Stephenson, a skilled project manager with a linguistic background, who joined Lorax in July 2017. The company isn’t stopping there, however, and is currently recruiting for four additional roles in sales and development.

Environmental compliance is growing in importance to manufacturers and producers worldwide, as consumer interest in how brands are meeting their environmental obligations continues to rise. Lorax provides reporting software and consultancy on all global Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) waste recycling directives including packaging, WEEE, batteries, deposits and textiles.

Michelle Carvell, COO of Lorax Compliance said: “2018 has been a period of sustained growth for our business. We’re thrilled that we can use our success to add such accomplished managers and professionals to our Lorax team. From arts and cinema lover Danielle, (who also has the honour of being one of the very few in the office who can function without coffee), to avid reader and bookworm Áine and keen conservationist Wendy, we’re delighted to welcome all our new recruits to the team. We also look forward to welcoming even more people as we continue a busy period of recruitment for our business.”
